THE PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH.

Surface-Preparation-Media-Blasting

Surface Preparation

Each project begins with an extensive cleaning and sandblasting process to eliminate rust, paint, or impurities, allowing for the best possible adhesion for the powder.

Application

During the application process, electrostatically charged powder is evenly sprayed onto the prepared surface, ensuring a smooth and consistent coat for uniform coverage.

Curing & Inspection

The coated part is then heated in a curing oven, allowing the powder to melt and bond, resulting in a smooth, tough, and long-lasting finish. Each piece then goes through a quality inspection.
